Our sincere thanks goes out to those who helped produce Volume 4 of Technoculture.

I am grateful to those who helped produce Volume 4 of Technoculture. In particular I would like to thank the many, many reviewers who put so much time into this issue, and also note my gratitude to Amber Johnson of Prairie View A&M University and Jake Simmons of Angelo State University, who edited the special section on Gender and Sexuality that you will find in this issue.

I would also be remiss in not mentioning my staff: John Patterson and André Favors, who have been very helpful. In particular, André has been key to moving along the journal when I might be inclined to bog down.

We welcome a new creative editor, Sarah K. Jackson, of Southern University of New Orleans, who is a video artist in her own right, and author of an essay from Volume 3 of this journal.

And finally, a welcome to our new reviews and critical-web editor Lillie Connor-Flores, who is a new MA student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette; she has already been a big help with this issue even though she just started a few months ago.

I am also very thankful to the Department of English, the College of Liberal Arts and the Graduate School of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, all of whom helped Technoculture immensely by assigning Lillie to us as a graduate assistant.
